Welcome to The Eco Therapy Garden CIC – a community-led therapy garden in Knowsley dedicated to helping people reconnect with nature, build confidence and feel part of something meaningful.

We offer a safe, supportive outdoor space where visitors can take part in gardening, eco therapy activities, outdoor learning and volunteering opportunities.

Whether you're looking to improve mental wellbeing, develop new skills or simply enjoy some green space, our garden is open to everyone in the Knowsley community.

Located behind Tower Hill Primary Care Centre, our site is easy to access and fully community driven. Come and grow with us.
